Registration for the NCSB symposium 2010

Participation in this year's two-day NCSB symposium is free, including registration, accommodation (one night) and meals (sandwich lunches, dinner, and breakfast). However, registration is compulsary, in order to enable the organisers to book the right number of hotel rooms, meals, etc.

It is expected that symposium participants stay for both days to take full profit of all the presentations, which are chosen to cover a range of topics of interest to most NCSB research staff.
Besides, the social parts of the programme will provide opportunities for meeting and acquainting yourself with researchers working in the other NCSB projects. These interactions will help you to plan new collaborations or enhance existing ones!

Students (PhDs and others) are expected to share a hotel room. Please indicate in the registration form, with whom you would like to share your room.

After completing the online registration form you may continue to submit your abstract by clicking the tab 'My Registration' and entering your email address and password (according to the data you entered yourself in the registration form).

You are also asked to submit an image or figure that best illustrates your work. This image has to be emailed seperately to ncsb@ncsb.nl, and the filename of the image should be entered on the registration form.
Your image will be published alongside your abstract, so submit it at sufficient quality (optimally at a resolution of 140 pixels per centimeter in combination with a width of 16 cm).
